A few years ago, I was part of the leadership team at a unicorn startup. I helped scale the company from 10 to over 300 employees – and later launched my own successful business. On the outside, my life looked like a dream. But behind the scenes, it was a different story.
I was stressed, drained, and running on autopilot. My life felt like an endless marathon where I constantly tried to meet everyone’s expectations – especially my own. I was driven by the fear of not performing well enough, of showing weakness, or losing the success I’d worked so hard for.


The Turning Point
Despite my discipline, endless supplements, and complicated protocols, I felt like a ticking time bomb. Until one day, my partner said:
“How long can you keep this up? You’re not the happy, energetic person I fell in love with anymore.”
That sentence changed everything. I knew I couldn’t go on like this. I realized: You are your business, and when your health suffers, everything else does too.
My Path to Change
I started taking responsibility for myself, like a CEO takes responsibility for their business.’
I immersed myself in cutting-edge science from fields like neuroscience, psychology, and integrative medicine. I trained as an Integrative Nutritionist and became a Mental & Performance Coach.
